Managing Editor Chad Bonham is one of the foremost experts on sports and faith. He has spent over 28 years working with Christian athletes and coaches as a journalist, author, and filmmaker. Chad has written extensively for such publications and websites as Relevant, CCM, Christian Retailing, New Man, Charisma, Today’s Christian, Sports Spectrum, Faith & Friends, FCA Magazine, and Beliefnet.com. He has authored, co-authored or ghost written 24 books including The Battle For Brandon, Wrestling with God, 3D Coach, Life In The Fairway, Faith In The Fast Lane, Everybody Needs A Head Coach, Greatest Coach Ever, Greatest Leader Ever, Glory of the Games, and Living It Loud.
Along with his work as a journalist and author, Chad has enjoyed success as a broadcast and film producer. He was the coordinating producer for the Brightbulb Entertainment and ACLJ Films documentaries Life Happens and Choosing Life, and most recently the producer, director and writer of the forthcoming films The Battle For Brandon and Before The Kick: The Brian Kinchen Story. He also has a broadcast series called “The ProFiles” and a documentary called The Competitor’s Gospel in development.
Chad and his wife Amy live in Broken Arrow, Okla., with sons Lance (2003), Cole (2008) and Quinn (2011). He and his family currently attend Victory Christian Center in Tulsa where Chad serves as an instructor and the director at Victory Bible College’s School of Creative Media.
